It will be possible to access to some specific services and contents of the website by voluntarily providing some data of a personal nature, which will be added to the register owned by Servicios Técnicos, SCP, to be used exclusively for commercial purposes. In any case, it will be possible, in observance of the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, passed on the 13th of December, to access, oppose to, change or cancel any or all these personal data, either reporting it through the Internet or by mail at the following address: Calle Salvá, núm. 42, 4º 1ª, Barcelona, 08004. The data given must be true, the user providing them being accountable for their truthfulness. In the case of falsity in this statements, the user may incur legal liabilities.

7. CONTENT: In any case, the videos, images and/or sounds that any user may add to the website may abide by the current regulations, the following being expressly forbidden: recording images or sounds of underage people, or that refer or use words that refer to 
underage people. The user that uploads images or sounds to the website must declare having the total ownership of the rights concerning these images and sounds. At no given time may the name of the company that owns this website, as well as its brand and inherent rights, be used without the express and written consent of SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS, SCP.

8. In the case of failure to comply with the terms of use of the website, or with the legislation, including the current instructions of use and code of ethics, as well as failure to comply with the generally accepted moral codes, norms of good behaviour and public order, only the offender shall be held responsible for it, and shall account for the damages caused to SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS, SCP and the corresponding authorities.

9.SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS, SCP. Shall not account for any malfunctions of the website, either totally or partially, wether they are caused by problems in the communication, connections, computer programmes, computer mediums, providers or service companies, virus attacks, phising, or other improper ways of system use and violation; or for force majeure. The user relieves SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS, SCP. of any responsibility in the case of the system or the website failing or being interrupted. It shall not be responsible, and the user expressly accepts this, for any damage caused to the computer of the user or of a third party, due to either proper or improper use of the website and its contents.

10. The users expressly relieve SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS from any responsibility should any of the terms of use not be observed, and the company holds the right to take legal action for the damages that could be caused for any reason.

11. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: The website’s owner and the website itself abide by the Spanish legislation and shall submit to the Spanish jurisdiction to solve any dispute.
